Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Velour (the "Software"), provided by Aleksandr Kuznetsov ("we", "us"). By installing, accessing, paying for, or using the Software, you ("you", the "User") agree to these Terms. Payment of the support fee constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. The Software

The Software is a browser-based assistant that helps content creators manage and reply to direct messages, including translation and AI-assisted drafting. It runs inside your own browser and operates under your control and direction.

2. Support Fee

Use of the Software with ongoing support costs US$100 per month, payable in advance for each monthly period. By making a payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change the fee with prior notice; continued use or payment after a change means you accept the new fee.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own content-creation activity while your support is active. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share the Software or your access with any third party.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the Software and for all content you send or publish through it. You agree to: comply with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you use it on (including Fansly); use it only for lawful, adult (18+) content permitted by those platforms; keep your own account credentials and any API keys secure; and ensure you are entitled to communicate with the recipients of your messages. You must not use the Software for spam, harassment, unlawful deception, or any illegal purpose.

5. No Affiliation

The Software is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fansly or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Third-Party Services

To perform its functions, the Software may send text to third-party services (for example, translation or AI providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing anything before you send or publish it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, data, accounts, or reputation, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or stop paying the support fee. You may stop using the Software at any time; stopping does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.

10. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use or payment after an update means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the provider's country of residence.
